Maple Walnut Bars

Instructions
- Beat egg and sugar together.
- Add fat and mix well.
- Set aside.
- Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
- Add to egg and sugar mixture.
- Add walnuts, raisins and maple flavor.
- Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Cool and cut in 1 x 4-inch bars.
