Instructions
- In heavy saucepan, combine carrots, water and salt.
- Bring to a boil and cook, covered, over medium heat, until tender.
- Drain. Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with sauce spooned over.
- Makes 2 cups.
