Ingredients

  • 2 large cans Italian-style tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Saut onions in olive oil until tender. Add garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper, about 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and about 2 to 3 tablespoons basil. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
