Marinated Appetizer Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil (vegetable oil works fine too)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix 1st 3 ingredients, add meat and mix.
  2. Shape into 3 dozen small balls.
  3. Place in a shallow pan.
  4. Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour over the meatballs.
  5. Let stand 1 hour, stirring twice.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
