Ingredients

  • 3 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Combine cider vinegar, vegetable oil, seasoned pepper, dill weed, Accent, and garlic salt in a sealed container.
  3. Pour the marinade over the broccoli in the container.
  4. Seal the container and marinate overnight.
  5. Shake occasionally and turn the container upside down if it's leakproof.
  6. Serve cold, ideal for picnics.
