Ingredients

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 1 (1/2 oz.) can soy sauce
  • 2 large cans frozen orange juice
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken wings in half and discard the tips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and marinate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken wings on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until very brown.
  7. Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
