Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Arrange the cod fillets in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the marinade mixture over the fillets.
  4. Turn the fish over to coat both sides.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Microwave uncovered on High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
