- Let stand covered for 2 minutes.
- Drain the beans.
- Combine Italian salad dressing, lemon juice, tarragon vinegar, dry whole basil, pepper, dry whole oregano, and crushed garlic in a small bowl.
- Stir well to mix.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the drained beans.
