- Remove stems from large fresh mushrooms and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine lean ground beef, taco hot sauce, and finely diced tomato.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the beef mixture.

- Place stuffed mushrooms in the microwave and cook for 5 1/2 to 7 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
