Marshmallow Strawberry Delight Recipe

- Crush graham crackers and add in melted butter.
- Mix thoroughly and then put 1/2 of crumbs in the bottom of a buttered mold.
- Scald lowfat milk and add in minced marshmallows.
- Stir for 2 min and then set aside till cool.
- Add in crushed fruit, nuts and whipped cream.
- Cover with remaining crumbs and refrigeratefor 12 hrs in refrigerator before serving.
- Crushed pineapple may be used in place of strawberries.
- Makes 6 servings.
