Marshmallow Strawberry Delight Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 graham crackers
  • 5 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. minced marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. strawberries, liquid removed

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers and add in melted butter.
  2. Mix thoroughly and then put 1/2 of crumbs in the bottom of a buttered mold.
  3. Scald lowfat milk and add in minced marshmallows.
  4. Stir for 2 min and then set aside till cool.
  5. Add in crushed fruit, nuts and whipped cream.
  6. Cover with remaining crumbs and refrigeratefor 12 hrs in refrigerator before serving.
  7. Crushed pineapple may be used in place of strawberries.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
