Ingredients

  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1/4 lb. paraffin
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (powdered sugar, Eagle Brand milk, melted oleo, paraffin, coconut, pecans, and vanilla) together until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with paraffin in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Using toothpicks, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate to coat.
  5. Place dipped candies on wax paper and let the chocolate set before serving.
