Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 16 oz. jar grape jelly
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine sausage, ground turkey, and oatmeal in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into marble-sized meatballs.
  3. Broil the meatballs for 5 to 8 minutes until browned.
  4. Melt the grape jelly in a large skillet over low to medium-high heat.
  5. Add barbecue sauce to the melted jelly and mix well.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce.
  7. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot in a chafing dish.
