- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and beat again until well combined.
- Dredge the candied pineapple, candied cherries, and pecans in 1 cup of flour.
- Add the floured fruit and nuts to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Gradually add 2 cups of flour and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
