Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Put margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl and beat 1/2 minute at low speed.
  2. Beat 5 minutes at high speed.
  3. On low speed, mix in flour mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour).
