Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. white raisins
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots over medium heat for 8 minutes in 1 cup water, covered, after bringing to a boil.
  2. Place carrots in a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Stir in all the ingredients.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until carrots are tender.
