Master Marinade
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns ⓘ
- 5 to 7 dried chiles de arbol ⓘ
- 4 to 5 bay leaves ⓘ
- 3 garlic cloves, grated with a Microplane grater ⓘ
Instructions
