Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 5 to 7 dried chiles de arbol
  • 4 to 5 bay leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated with a Microplane grater

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Use as desired to marinate
