Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1 small green pepper (small pieces)
  • 6 small carrots, sliced thin
  • 6 small potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted), warm to thin

Instructions

  1. Spray 10 x 13-inch rectangular pan with Pam.
  2. Layer ingredients in pan in order given, lightly seasoning between each layer.
  3. Pour warm, undiluted soup over all.
  4. Cover with foil. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°.
