Ingredients

  • 6 wholemeal burger buns
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 can lentils
  • 1 large celery stick chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 whatever you have or feel would go well (eggs, raisins, carrots)
  • 6 slice any kind of sliced cheese (i use light cheese)

Instructions

  1. To start preheat the oven at 250.
  2. Cut the top off the buns and empty them out (like in picture), but make sure not to damage the bun, it has to stay firm and strong!
  3. And we're keeping the tops!

  5. Just chuck everything but the cheese into a pan until meat is clocked and onions are transparent and your kitchen smells like heaven: )
  6. Now get those buns filled up nice and tight!
  7. Make sure you press everything in as much as you can without breaking the bread!!
  8. You can put some egg whites now to get it all together(opt) top it with the cheese and then the bread tops and SBAM!
  9. Straight into the oven.
  10. Till bread is crispy and cheese melted
  11. Enjoy with any salad you like or chips or just eat all of them: D
