Ingredients

  • 1 rump roast
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the rump roast in a pan.
  2. Pour mushroom soup over the roast.
  3. Add Lipton onion soup mix and 1/2 cup water.
  4. Cover tightly and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  5. After the first hour, baste the roast occasionally.
  6. Slice and serve with the mushroom gravy.
