Meat Scramble

Instructions
- Stir and brown ground beef and 1-1/2 tsp. of salt.
- Chop course in food grinder or food processor potatoes, carrots and onions and add to browned meat mixture.
- Add 1 tsp. salt, pepper and milk.
- Cover and cook slowly 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir occasionally, adding more milk if needed. Continue cooking uncovered about 3 minutes longer or until thick.
