Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) Kraft Deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. (1/8 stick) Touch of Butter spread
  • 1 can (16 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare dinner as directed on package.
  2. Cook and stir garlic in spread 1 minute.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, basil, oregano and pepper; cook over low heat 4 minutes.
  4. Add dinner and parsley; mix lightly. Makes 4 servings.
