Ingredients

  • 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 c. large whole ripe pitted black olives
  • 1 c. thinly sliced red onions
  • 1 green pepper, cut in chunks
  • 1 red pepper, cut in chunks
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 c. Kraft golden Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. In a deep, straight-sided salad bowl, layer the sliced zucchini, olives, red onions, green pepper chunks, red pepper chunks, and chopped tomato.
  2. Pour the Kraft golden Caesar dressing over the layered vegetables.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Toss before serving and garnish with parsley.
