Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cups (6 oz.) Feta cheese with basil and tomato crumbled and divided
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of feta cheese, and milk with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Top with chopped tomato, sliced green onion, and the remaining feta cheese and spinach.
  4. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
