Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. crushed mint
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • a little water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the water.
  2. Use the water to make the mixture softer and fluffier if it is too stiff.
  3. Let the mixture rest for at least 1 hour.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls in flour.
  5. Fry the meatballs slowly until golden brown.
