Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Wrap the ice cubes in a clean towel and crush them with a rolling pin or hammer.
  2. Place the chopped cantaloupe, low-fat milk, and crushed ice in a blender container.
  3. Process on low until the ice begins to blend into the mixture.
  4. Increase the speed to high and process until smooth.
  5. Garnish if desired, then serve immediately.
