A refreshing, tropical melon colada blending watermelon, rum, and coconut for a perfect hot weather treat suitable for parties or relaxing summer afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. light rum
  • 1/2 oz. melon liqueur
  • 4 oz. thawed frozen or fresh watermelon
  • 1 oz. cream of coconut syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend the light rum, melon liqueur, thawed watermelon, and cream of coconut syrup with ice to create a slushy drink.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
  3. Decorate with a pineapple chunk and serve with one or two straws.
