Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 pound green candied cherries
  • 1/2 pound red candied cherries
  • 1/2 pound red candied pineapple
  • 1/2 pound green candied pineapple
  • 4 cups pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix together eggs, oleo, and sugar.
  2. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
  3. Fold in the remaining ingredients: candied cherries, pineapple, and pecans.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
