- With a serrated knife, cut a hollow into the bread 1/2 inch away from the sides and bottom; remove the removed bread from the loaf.
- Cut the removed bread into strips, 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide.
- Mix olive oil and minced garlic.
- Brush the inside of the bread shell and the bread slices with the garlic oil mixture.
- Place the Brie cheese inside the bread shell.
- Arrange the filled bread shell and slices in a single layer on a 10 x 15-inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Remove the bread slices.
- Bake the filled bread shell for an additional 10 minutes and serve with grapes.
