Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or other)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
  2. Serve cold.
  3. Great over sliced fruit.
