Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 package small egg noodles
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray a medium-sized pan with Pam cooking spray.
  2. Fry the diced onion until translucent, then add the ground beef and brown it thoroughly.
  3. Cover the mixture with water to create the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the small egg noodles to the soup and cook until almost done.
  5. Stir in the canned tomatoes and cook until heated through. Serve hot.
