Ingredients

  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 5 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • grated apples

Instructions

  1. Toast oats on a cookie sheet in a 250°F (120°C) oven for 2 hours.
  2. Put the toasted oats, unsweetened apple juice, and raisins into a bowl; cover and let soak overnight.
  3. In the morning, serve with grated apples, coconut, or chopped almonds on top.
  4. For a sweeter flavor, allow the mixture to soak 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
