Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 avocado, pureed
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 jar taco salsa
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. On a large platter, mound in layers, starting with the refried beans and ending with the scallions.
  2. Serve with Doritos chips or similar.
