Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup firmly chopped pecans
  • 3/4 tablespoon garlic powder or to taste

Instructions

  1. Let the cheeses soften to room temperature.
  2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into long rolls and roll them in chili powder.
  4. Refrigerate the rolls.
  5. Slice and serve on crackers.
