Ingredients

  • 4 mangoes (small diced)
  • 1 jicama (small diced)
  • 1 pineapple (small diced)

Instructions

  1. Mix the fruit in a large bowl.
  2. Serve it in a cup and add orange juice enough to cover the fruit.
  3. Add a little bit of lemon juice, tajin chili and cotija cheese.
  4. You can also add small diced onion and cilantro!!
  5. Enjoy!
