Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 small can chopped chilies (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef with onion; drain fat. Grease baking dish (it will stick otherwise). Cover dish with Doritos chips (be generous; use small pack). Pour mixture over chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°. Remove from oven. Add grated Cheddar cheese. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with salad and sour cream.
