Ingredients

  • juice of 3 limes
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Place 6 skinless chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  7. Grill the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
