Ingredients

  • 8 franks
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili
  • 1 cup tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Place one frank in each corn tortilla and roll around the frank.
  2. Arrange the rolled tortillas seam side down in a 12 x 7 x 1.5-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine chili and tomato juice and pour over the rolled tortillas in the dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
