Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • green onion
  • cheddar cheese
  • ripe olives
  • salsa
  • beans
  • pizza dough
  • zucchini
  • taco spice

Instructions

  1. Roll pizza dough to fit into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Bake in a 425°F oven for 15 minutes or until crisp around edges.
  3. Let cool.
  4. In a small bowl, combine zucchini, refried beans, and taco seasoning.
  5. Spread the bean mixture and sour cream evenly on the baked crust.
  6. Drizzle salsa over the top, then sprinkle with cheese, green onions, and olives.
  7. Return to the oven to melt the cheese.
  8. Cut into squares to serve.
