- Brown ground beef and onion; drain and mix in the soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
- Layer as follows:
- line bottom of oblong cake pan with 6 tortillas, then one can of beans (drained), 1/2 of the meat mixture and 1/2 of grated cheese.
- Repeat layers as above. Cook, uncovered, at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
