Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 or 2 small or 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 pkg. taco mix
  • 2 cans tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook ground meat until browned.
  2. Drain and add taco seasoning, stirring well.
  3. Add tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes to the meat.
  4. Stir in corn and simmer over low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers.
