Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground meat
  • 2 cans kernel corn
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 large jar mild picante sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large container, add cooked ground meat, pinto beans, kernel corn, tomatoes, and mild picante sauce.
  2. Cook everything together for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Have grated cheese and nacho chips ready.
  4. Put chips in a bowl.
  5. Pour the Mexican mixture over the chips.
  6. Add grated cheese on top.
  7. Serve with a green salad on the side.
