Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped black olives
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. If the dip is too dry, add some of the reserved tomato juice to reach desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with Doritos or Fritos chips.
