Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce
  • 3 oz. light Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 3 (8 inch) low fat flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fat free refried beans

  • salsa, optional

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground meat and drain off any grease or liquid.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning onto the meat.
  3. Pour in picante sauce and add Velveeta cheese cubes.
  4. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
