Instructions
- Brown meat; drain off excess fat.
- Add onion, pepper and garlic.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer 2 hours.
- Serve sauce over hot spaghetti.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
