Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cooked vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl.
  2. Add the cooked vanilla pudding, milk, sugar, uncooked minute rice, and vanilla extract to the beaten egg.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Cook in the microwave on medium to high power for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, the pudding will be runny but will thicken as it sets.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
