Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup cubed American cheese
  • 3/4 cup crushed cheese crackers
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Place frozen chopped broccoli in a 1-quart casserole dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on High power for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Drain the broccoli.
  3. Stir cubed American cheese into the hot broccoli until melted.
  4. Cover the casserole and let stand until the cheese melts completely.
  5. In a small bowl, melt margarine in the microwave on High power for 30 seconds.
  6. Stir seasoned salt and crushed cheese crackers into the melted margarine.
  7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  8. Cover the casserole again.
  9. Microwave on High power for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
