- Place frozen chopped broccoli in a 1-quart casserole dish.
- Cover and microwave on High power for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Drain the broccoli.
- Stir cubed American cheese into the hot broccoli until melted.
- Cover the casserole and let stand until the cheese melts completely.
- In a small bowl, melt margarine in the microwave on High power for 30 seconds.
- Stir seasoned salt and crushed cheese crackers into the melted margarine.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
- Cover the casserole again.
- Microwave on High power for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
