Ingredients

  • 1 lb almond bark
  • 7 oz peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Process peppermint candy in a blender or food processor until it is a fine powder and set aside.
  2. Break almond bark into pieces and place in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave at 50% power, uncovered, for 5 to 6 minutes, until bark pieces are soft.
  4. Check and stir after 3 minutes.
  5. Add the powdered peppermint candy to the melted bark and stir well.
  6. Spread the mixture onto waxed paper to 1/4-inch thickness.
  7. Cool until hardened, possibly placing in the refrigerator.
  8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
