Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix tomatoes, onion and garlic. Add green pepper, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  2. Mix well. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds until heated through.
  3. Serve immediately with chips.
  4. Can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days.
