- 1 pkg. your favorite prepared cake mix ⓘ
Instructions
- Line a 2-quart glass baking dish with 2 layers of paper towels cut to fit and set aside.
- Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the package.
- Pour the batter into the lined dish.
- Tap the bottom of the dish to remove large air bubbles; cover with a paper towel.
- Cook in the microwave for 12 to 14 minutes at Bake or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Cool on a rack for 5 minutes, then remove the cake from the dish and peel off the paper towels.
