Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small shrimp
  • 1 stick butter
  • garlic salt
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Peel the shrimp and place them in a microwave-safe glass pan or bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon over the shrimp.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt over the shrimp.
  4. Place one stick of butter on top of the shrimp.
  5. Microwave on High for 2 1/2 minutes, then turn the pan or bowl around.
  6. Stir the shrimp to coat evenly with the butter and lemon juice.
  7. Microwave for an additional 2 1/2 minutes until cooked through.
